Abstract
Laboratory dependence on paper-based procedures often leads to inefficiencies and has a negative impact on the environment. This study seeks to provide a solution through the digitization of laboratory equipment operating standards. The method used involves the integration of QR codes and Google Forms as operational guidelines for students in practical and research activities. A feasibility test involving experts showed an approval rate of 89%, while an effectiveness test on 40 students resulted in a satisfaction rate of 89.5%. These findings confirm that digitization not only improves laboratory administrative efficiency but also reduces paper usage and supports more sustainable educational practices. Thus, the creation of standard operating procedure documents for laboratory equipment can improve the effectiveness of practical and research activities.
