Indonesian Journal of Foof Technology is the official publication of the Departement of Food Technology Jenderal Soedirman University. The Journal is envisaged as the major platform for communicating advances/developments in the post-harvest science, engineering, and technology aspects of food/food products to researchers, academicians, the industry as well as students of food science and technology. This peer-reviewed journal publishes novel and high-quality reviews, original research, and short communications covering the wide range of post-harvest related science, engineering, and technological aspects of foods, food products, and related byproducts with special emphasis on the basic and applied research findings that will impact the quality, safety and/or shelf life of fresh or processed food products including findings that will help improvise the efficiency of a process/technology, effective utilization of by-products or wastes resulting from food processing operations. Manuscripts dealing with pre-harvest aspects will only be considered if the work clearly indicates the relevance to post-harvest practices/processing that will directly impact the safety, quality, or shelf life of the food or food products. Critical reviews on new perspectives in food handling and processing, innovative and emerging technologies and trends, and future research in food products and food industry byproducts are also welcome. International Journal of Biomedical-Nursing Review (IJBNR) is a peer review and open access journal which publishes scientific works on the nursing and health science field (e-ISSN: 2962-4703, p-ISSN: 2963-1556). This journal was established in 2022 and developed by the Department of Nursing, Faculty of Health Science, Jenderal Soedirman University. This journal will be published three times in a year (January, April, September). International Journal of Biomedical-Nursing Review (IJBNR) cover areas of biomedical research reviews in health such as case studies, literature reviews, systematic reviews, meta analysis, etc. IJBNR is published by Universitas Jenderal Soedirman.

The Journal of Agricultural and Biosystem Engineering Research (p-ISSN: 2722-3620 and e-ISSN: 2776-821X), JABER, is managed by the Agricultural Engineering Study Program, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman in collaboration with the Perteta Purwokerto, Indonesia. JABER publishes the latest articles focusing on research results both fundamental and applied in the field of Agricultural and Biosystem Engineering. JABER's main scopes include: Bio-Environment Control and Management Engineering, Agricultural Machinery and Equipment, Agricultural Product Processing Engineering, Thermal System Engineering and Renewable Energy, and Management Information System and Agricultural Industry. JABER is an open access journal. JABER is published twice a year (May and November) and each publication contains 8 articles. Articles can be written in Indonesian and English. The articles sent by the author - must be an original script and is not being considered for publication by other journal or publishers - should be written in accordance with the writing guidelines. JABER is indexed in Sinta (Sinta 5), Google Scholar, Garuda, and Crossref.

Jurnal Ilmiah Matematika dan Pendidikan Matematika (JMP) with p-ISSN 2085-1456 & e-ISSN 2550-0422 is an open access journal semiannualy published by Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Jenderal Soedirman University on June and December. The journal is currently accredited by The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of Republic of Indonesia with rank 3 (SINTA 3) based on The Decree of The General Director of Research and Development of The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of Republic of Indonesia No. 10/C/C3/DT.05.00/2025. JMP publishes research articles, reviews, case studies, guest edited thematic issues and short communications/letters in all areas of mathematics : mathematical analysis, algebra, geometry, applied mathematics, mathematical biology, physics and engineering, theoretical bioinformatics, experimental mathematics, theoretical computer science, numerical computation and applications of systems, partial differential and differential equations, integral and differential equations, mathematical modeling, statistics, applied statistics, data science, and all areas in mathematical educations. Submitted manuscripts will be prescreened by an editor for plagiarism check, content and writing style according to the guidelines. After the manuscript is decided to pass the prescreening, the article is then anonymously reviewed by reviewers whose areas of research are closely related to the topic of the articles. All articles in this journal are indexed by Sinta, Garuda, BASE, ROAD, Google Scholar, Crossref, Scilit, and Dimensions.

The JUSS (Jurnal Sosial Soedirman) is the official journal of The Faculty of Social and Political Science, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. It is published biannually (April & November). It aims to cover scholarly works in contemporary social science issues within the broad range of the dialectic between state, market, and civil society. The JuSS upholds a higher academic standard; thus, we employ a double-blind review process to ensure the quality of the articles. We enforce diversity of thought and aim to provide an accessible source of knowledge to the broad range of the community. Hence, we accept publications in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Jurnal Teras Fisika: Teori, Modeling, dan Aplikasi Fisika menyediakan sebuah forum penting yang mengungkap dan membahas kontribusi asli dalam bidang Fisika mulai dari Teori, Modeling sampai dengan aplikasinya yang meliputi: Fisika Partikel, Fisika material, Instrumentasi dan Pengukuran, Fisika Bumi dan Lingkungan, Biofisika dan Fisika Medis. Jurnal ini merupakan berkala ilmiah cetak dan online dengan akses terbuka yang memuat artikel-artikel hasil penelitian dan review. Jurnal ini diterbitkan pertama kali pada bulan Pebruari 2018 oleh Universitas Jenderal Soedirman dan selanjutnya frekuensi penerbitan dua kali dalam setahun, setiap bulan Mei dan November. Makalah-makalah yang dikirim ke jurnal ini akan melewati proses telaah sejawat sesuai dengan bidang masing-masing.

MOLEKUL is a scientific journal in chemistry, focus on the regional resources, environment or natural products of Indonesia and nearby tropical country. The scope of this journal including : Theoretical chemistry and environmental chemistry study Material synthesis for energy and environmental Isolation, purification and modification of biomolecules, including their applications Fabrication, development and validation of analytical methods MOLEKUL is published by the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Jenderal Soedirman University, Indonesia. Previously, the Molekul published 2 issues per year, on May and November. Since 2020, Molekul publishes 3 issues per year, on March, July, and November.

SAR (Soedirman Accounting Review): Journal of Accounting and Business issue twice a year (June and December). This journal focuses on the empirical research and research review related on accounting, finance and business that are relevant for the development of the theory and practice of accounting in Indonesia. SAR covered various of research approach, namely: quantitative, qualitative and mixed method. SAR focuses related on various themes, topics and aspects of accounting and business, including (but not limited) to the following topics: Financial Accounting, Public Sector Accounting, Management Accounting, Sharia Accounting and Financial Management, Auditing, Corporate Governance, Behavioral Accounting (Including Ethics and Professionalism), Financial Management, Accounting (Ethics) Education, Taxation, Capital Markets and Investments, Accounting for Banking and insurance, Accounting Information Systems. SAR is a national journal published by Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. SAR published twice a year, in June and December, there will be 6 articles in every edition or 12 articles annually. Start June 2023, there will be 10 articles in every edition or 20 articles annually.
