Abstract
The identification of risks assessment with the implementation of Artificial Intelligence aims to provide objective information, explain the risks of AI, and describe the consequences of risk threats applied in libraries. This research is qualitative research using a literature study method by collecting relevant literature evidence on the research topic being studied. Data collection in this study used Scopus-indexed journal articles in a systematic literature review related to the topic of AI implementation risk assessment in libraries for the period 2017-2025. The results of the data analysis of the risk assessment of AI implementation in libraries identified potential risk threats, including information ethics, data privacy and security, bias in information delivery, and the level of trust in libraries. The consequences of the information ethics risk assessment have an impact on actions that violate norms, copyright infringement, and plagiarism. The impact on privacy and data security is the loss of the library's reputation as an information management institution, which leads to a decline in trust in libraries related to AI implementation. The results of this study can be disseminated nationally and can be a reference source for the development of current library information services.
